Confusingly sexy, lighthouse shagging and an irrepressible quiff. AMBIGUOUS RECORDS LIVE GIG 14.12.2008

Dear friends,

Picture yourself on December the 14th 2008. It is that perfect time in December, near enough to the holiday to feel that rising surge of euphoria but not so near that you are biting people in checkout queues to get the last 'must have' toy for an expectant nephew. The perfect time in fact to come to a thoroughly splendid gig of epic proportions. Yes, Bing it On is back for the 4th year running and, extending from 3pm to midnight, will bring you not 4 but a dozen fantastic bands for your festive delectation.

We at Ambiguous will be curating the upstairs room and I think Miss Alice Gun describes the acts we have in store for you rather well...

Ambiguous Records will be hosting upstairs, with a top bill of eclectic stuff including my new favourite band, the confusingly sexy Orphans and Vandals (mine too), irrepressible quiff and double bass duo from The Hoodlums, punk folk pixie Roxy Rawson, melodic lighthouse shagger Rob Marr, Ronnie Scotts piano tickler Holly Dearden, and of course Miss Alice Gun. Links to all their music can be found at www.myspace.com/ambiguousrecords

So a lazy afternoon and/or evening, drink in hand, music in ear and all the troubles of the world forgotten during this mini (and thankfully indoor) festival of Bingness... Oh yeh! You know it makes sense.
