Ambiguous silent disco, unique screen printed freebies and a large glass of wine...

Dear friends,

I have just sat down with a (very) large glass of wine and started to burn copies of the CD that will be AMBIG006. We're going to give it away at tomorrow's Brick Lane gig so if you'd like a copy please do come down. Orphans & Vandals, Alice Gun, Roxy Rawson and The Mores all on one lovely CD. I feel very proud.

Rather than just set up a regular band humdinger this time we have collaborated with our friends at Cure Studio and The Print Club to put on a really stripped down, intimate gig in the middle of a unique print exhibition at the Bodhi Gallery. The only problem being that there are severe noise limiters in the gallery.... so we thought Silent Disco! There will be 100 sets of headphones for you to enjoy Al from Orphans & Vandals, Alice Gun, Roxy Rawson, Alex & Robbie from the Mores and our very own DJ Sam Campari in your own private space whilst admiring the art, drinking, sitting, dancing...

The gig is free, the CD is free, just bring a returnable deposit (£20) for the headset. There's a bar but that's not free. Sorry. The gallery is open all day and we're going to kick off at about 7.30pm

So the important stuff:

What: Ambiguous Records and Cure Studio present...
Who: Al Joshua, Alice Gun, Roxy Rawson, Alex Metcalfe & Robbie Moore and DJ Sam Campari
Where: The Bodhi Art gallery, Brick Lane, Londo E1 6SA
When: 7.30pm, Thursday 21st May 2009

Not forgetting a free CD with covers all individually screen printed and numbered.

Lots of love,

Al x
